“We strongly recommend Austin Dreamscapes, they were very professional, very responsive, and everything went really well. ADS did a great job and our pool is awesome!
The most important thing to me: ADS and their whole team did exactly what they said they would, when they said, how they said. Very clear expectations and execution.
Once we had an agreed-to price, they never whined for more money. All minor post-completion service events have been handled well and without any argument. We had one instance of a mistake that was made during final stage of construction, ADS found it and had a plan w/ timing to fix it, all before I had even noticed it. There wasn’t any BS, the problem was fixed beyond our expectation.
We interviewed prior ADS customers for their input, they said the same things!
Our pool build started mid-Nov 2023, and we were swimming in Mar 2024, if you take out the major holidays and the weather events, actual build time was only ~9weeks!
The design process was easy and clear, w/ 3D rendered videos and pictures provided to see exactly how everything would look. Bianca had great design options and ideas, and provided options for size/complexity so we could dial in total price.
Pro tip: I suggest adding the “pool cooler”, it really works so you’re not swimming in warm bath water in TX Aug heat.
